Hi David,

Yes that's clearly a bug. We will look into it. As a workaround try right clicking on the Title,  select Tool Setup, select your desired screen face again, then use the normal Tool Setup button to select the desired screen again.

Thanks Tom.  That appears to work fine.  I have an issue that appears to be a bug.

Current display (monitor): 1024x768 industrial touchscreen.

The initial screen wasn't resizable, so I loaded the split screen with the built in 3d viewer.  It wasn't resizable either, so I loaded the 3-axis resizable screen to double check and it was resizable.  I clicked the "Add" button to test the code and the normal CNC display disappeared, although the Dynomotion add calculator came up.  I closed the calculator and nothing happened.  I clicked on the KMotionCNC icon and it started up in the same form factor / size as the calculator with no way to resize.  I rebooted and still the same, I don't have any way to resize the KMotionCNC screen.

Stuck:  see the attached image.

That worked to a certain extent.  I was able to switch back to the resizable 3-Axis, however when I went back to the split screen, the buttons for split and the other functions, and some of the lower buttons are no longer in the screen at all, see attached image.  (Again, I am at 1024x768).  It appears that something has changed a bit in the scaling.  Should I be able to resize the split custom screens?

Hi David,

The bug seems to have to do with saving the Screen Type in use (if changed) rather than the Screen Type in the original Configuration or changed using Tool Setup.

Could you try this patch to see if it resolves the issue?  (I wasn't able to reproduce that last issue with the clipped screen)

Save this file to the C:\KMotion434d\KMotion\Release directory.

http://dynomotion.com/Software/Patch/FixSaveKMotionCNCScreenTypeV434d/KMotionCNC.exe

All the Custom Screens are fixed size only.   Of course the Screens can be re-sized with the Screen Editor.  The Split Screen Example is 1050x738 pixels so it won't quite work at 1024x768 especially without the Windows Task Bar hidden.  I wonder if it would make sense to automatically Maximize the Screen if it is exactly the Display Size.  What do you think?

Also assuming you don't mind more requests, how is the touch screen working for you?  Do the Jog Buttons work ok?  On my Laptop touching and holding the screen gives a Right Mouse Click event rather than a Left Mouse Down event required for Jogging.  It works if I do a slight swipe which generates a Left Mouse down drag events.  In some ways that seems safer as it is less likely to Jog by mistake.  What have you observed?
